Blum resigns from Bühler’s board, audit committee

UZWIL, SWITZERLAND — Clemens E. Blum resigned as a member of Bühler’s board of directors and audit committee during the Feb. 11 annual general shareholders’ meeting.

Blum has been a member of both since 2015. He will focus on new mandates and is therefore no longer standing for re-election.

Calvin Grieder, chairman of the board of directors of the Bühler Group, on behalf of the shareholders, the members of the board of directors, and the executive board, thanked Blum for bringing his knowledge of business and especially automation to Bühler over the past seven years.

Blum thanked the board for its constructive and fruitful collaboration and wished Bühler success in the future.
