Nutrimix Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Miller to join its team.

Experience and qualifications

Applicants should have 5–7 years of flour milling experience, including:

• Processing both hard and soft wheats.
• Operating an automated mill.
• Familiarity with the Bühler Mercury Control System and ProPlant Asset Management System would be an asset.

Additional requirements include:

• A diploma in Flour Milling, Process Operations or a related field.
• Familiarity with Food Safety Quality Management Systems.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, if required.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
