BUFFALO, NEW YORK, US – A decision regarding a planned demolition of a historic grain elevator owned by ADM Milling has been delayed until Dec. 27.

New York Supreme Court Justice Dennis J. Ward on Dec. 22 extended a temporary restraining order preventing demolition until ADM and representatives of the Campaign for Greater Buffalo History, Architecture & Culture, which requested the restraining order, have an opportunity to argue their case before court on Dec. 27.
