BUFFALO, NEW YORK, US – A decision regarding a planned demolition of a historic grain elevator owned by ADM Milling has been delayed until Dec. 27.

New York Supreme Court Justice Dennis J. BUFFALO, NEW YORK, US – A New York Supreme Court judge on Dec. 19 issued a temporary restraining order preventing Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM) from demolishing a grain elevator that was badly damaged in a recent windstorm, the Buffalo News reported.
