Chicago, ILLINOIS, US — ADM has reached an agreement to acquire Kennesaw, Georgia, US-based Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes, a transaction ADM said will significantly expand its broad portfolio of health and wellness products and solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
