CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, US — Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM) and Marathon Petroleum Corp. (MPC) on Aug. 19 announced an agreement to form a joint venture to produce soybean oil to supply rapidly growing demand for renewable diesel fuel.
