Wheat harvest in southern Kansas gets under way

KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI, U.S. — Harvest is officially under way in Kansas, U.S., the top hard red winter wheat producing state, said the Kansas Wheat Commission, ahead of last year’s pace.

ADM purchases corn wet mill in Morocco

CASABLANCA, MOROCCO — Archer Daniels Midland Co. (ADM) announced on June 1 that it has completed the acquisition of a Casablanca, Morocco-based corn wet mill from Tate & Lyle that produces glucose and native starch.
